Black Hills Side Quest runs because of amazing volunteers who give their time and energy every Friday. Whether you can help for one event or every week, there's a role for you.
Find Your Role
Welcome Team
Be the first friendly face people see! Greet guests at the door, hand out name tags, and help newcomers feel at home.
Game Host
Lead a board game, run a Jackbox session, or facilitate a tabletop RPG one-shot. You bring the fun — we'll supply the games.
Activity Leader
Lead a craft, teach a skill, or run a themed activity. Rock painting, origami, friendship bracelets — if you can teach it, we want it.
Event Setup & Cleanup
Help us set up tables, arrange activity stations, and break everything down at the end of the night. A huge help every single week.
Photographer
Capture the magic! We love having community photographers document the fun so we can share it on social media and remember the moments.
Social Media Helper
Help us spread the word! Share posts, create content, or help manage our Facebook, Instagram, Discord, and TikTok presence.
